Day 1: Arrival at Jaisalmer

Arrive in Jodhpur and transfer to Jaisalmer (300 km/6 hrs). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. Jaisalmer, known as the “Golden City,” is a captivating desert town founded by Rawal Jaisal about 800 years ago. Explore the Gadsisar Lake, an oasis surrounded by beautiful shrines, and the Jaisalmer War Museum, which commemorates the bravery of the Indian Army. Visit Bada Bagh, known for its cenotaphs amidst greenery, and the Gadi Sagar Tank, the city’s primary water source. Enjoy some free time exploring the colorful bazaars of Jaisalmer.

Day 2: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Jaisalmer. Visit the renowned havelis such as Patwaon Ki Haveli, built by five Jain brothers in the 19th century, as well as Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli. Explore Jaisalmer Fort, built in 1156 by the Bhatti ruler, Jaisal. The fort stands atop Trikuta Hill and is surrounded by 99 bastions and three walls. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, exploring the vibrant bazaars.

Day 3: Excursion to Tanot, Longewala, and Sam Sand Dunes
After breakfast, take a full-day excursion to Tanot and Longewala. Visit Tanot, a border town known for its role in the Indo-Pakistani War. The Tanot Mata Temple is notable for surviving numerous unexploded bombs. En route, see Ramgarh village and the TV Tower, and pass through the Indira Gandhi Canal, one of the longest canals in India. Spend time interacting with Indian soldiers at Longewala and then head to Sam Sand Dunes (120 km) for camel rides and a sunset experience in the desert.

Day 4: Jaisalmer – Excursion to Lodhurva and Amar Sagar
After breakfast, visit Lodhurva, the ancient capital of the Bhatti rulers, known for its Jain temple with exquisite carvings. Discover Amar Sagar, which features an artificial reservoir, a temple, and a promenade. Enjoy some free time exploring Jaisalmer’s bustling bazaars in the afternoon. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 5: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur (270 km/7 hrs), the second-largest city in Rajasthan. Explore Mehrangarh Fort, which offers stunning views of the city, and visit Umaid Bhawan Palace and its museum. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Departure from Jodhpur

Students must bring a valid photo identification such as a Passport, Aadhar Card, or PAN Card. Additionally, carry the original and two photocopies of your school or college Photo Identity card.
For Infants:
Please bring 2 passport-sized photographs of the infant.
